  • Refuel after 6 p.m.

Reduce Energy Consumption:

Find Alternate Methods of Transportation:

  • Walk or bike (before noon and after 6:00 p.m.)

Don’t Burn Anything

You can reduce your exposure to pollution by:

  • planning strenuous activity when pollution levels are forecast to be lower
  • reducing the amount of time spent at vigorous activity

Code Orange Reply

Good morning Amy,

The Code Orange Health Watch is mainly during the daylight hours and especially from mid moring to mid and late afternoon when sunlight and heat combine to form ground level ozone, today's pollutant.

Later in the evening(after 6pm), conditons do improve.

Brian
