Joe Legge Wins Krystal Media Square OffMajor League Eating returns to Chattanooga this weekend, and the man who ate 95 in last year's Krystal Square Off plans to beat all comers at tomorrow's qualifying event. One person "Humble" Bob Shoudt won't have to face is WDEF News 12's Joe Legge, winner of today's media square off.
Officially, Joe ate 8 Krystals in two minutes. That's one better than WDEF News 12's Jason Law, and two better than competitors from other stations. Unofficially, Joe ate another burger, that didn't count because he through part of the bun back into the packaging.
After being crowned champ, Joe talked with the two-minute record holder, "Humble" Bob Shoudt, who ate 39 during a previous attempt.
