Privacy to Save Embarrassment!
I do think that this is a good idea of course, anything to get more people to quit smoking. Half the time, I think about when I quit and I think it may have been easier to go to an alcohol treatment center. Sometimes when people just aren't in the mood to go out, or feel ashamed/embarrassed to be seen in public, getting help, they can call from the privacy of their own home? That just may be genius!
