This story has received some national attention, and I think we need to all be on our best. This type of thing really brings out the best and the worst in people. I believe that this man, whatever he has or hasn't done, needs our prayers. His family is suffering, and my heart goes out to them. There are no winners in this situation. There is no joy in mudville, the entire situation is sad. Let's hope for the best for all involved, and handle this in a way that reflects the type of community this is, one with class, education, humility, and forgiveness.
