Injured Spouse
My husband and I filed Jointly and he owed a past due student loan and they took all our refund. 8k! I did not work, I only received unemployment benefits (1099-G and 1098-T from school and have two dependents. Can I apply for Injured Spouse Allocation? What if I had no income, what then? We also are residents of Texas, but lived in Colorado in 2009. Stationed there. Any advice? Thanks
