Undocumeted immigrants are treated better than VETERANS. We see illigal immigrants getting food stamps free health care and in many cases free college education.

What is of concern to me as a Viet Nam Vet is the way Veterans are treated. Last year Section 8 had millions of application and Veterans were not on the priority list.Thats how much they care.

Children sponsor their elderly parents and it is my understanding that some are eligibly for ssi,and other kinds of assistance without working a day in this country. What some law makers in Washington tend forget is that veterans are the ones who were willing to give the most precious thing that God has given to mankind.THERE BLOOD.

One of the sub committies on veterans has proposed a bill to strip disabled veterans of ssd if they are getting disability compensation from the VA. To get this straight check with DAV or get the DAV monthly news letter. That would set the facts straight on this proposal.

What the public does not know is that the Fed Gov and the VA just doesn't care. That is why so many Veterans are homeless today.

I wish someone really look into subtle things that only Veterans Know. Veterans comimg home were entitled to two years of free medical treatment at Va medical facilities but recently extended to five years.

Immigrants can sue the federal Gov for not granting them refuge status among other things but Veterans can not sue the VA.VETERANS ARE NOT APPRECIATED AFTER GIVING THEIR ALL.

TAKE SOME OF THE RESOURCES BEING SPENT ON THE UNDOCUMENTED AND TAKE BETTER CARE OF VETERANS.
