Billy Long said he was changing the decals on the Hamilton County patrol cars so peoplr would know there's a new sheriff in town. Now the whole country is aware we had a new sheriff without seeing the election results or the new decals. Long was able to to bring national attention to the Hamilton County Seriff's Department. This was something that Cupp was't able to do even though he was sheriff for several years. I wonder if the people that voted for Long "Long" for Cupp now.
