Kids these days are so out of control, and with something like this to hurt their parents , they would probably go more nuts. When you do your best as a parent, then your kids still do something stupid, why should you have to pay more than you already have? Prosecute the kids as adults when they commit adult crimes, If they will not attend school, place them in the state care that most family services people seem so fond of, and force them.
