Churches and Global Warming
It is only news that the Southern Baptist Church makes any kind of attempt at a stance regarding global warming or any other environmental issue because as a church/denomination they have been completely absent or even against conservation (stewardship) or care for the environment.
Please understand that there are many denominations, large and small that have taken real stances for years and even decades. There are more churches out there than the Baptists. They do not speak for all Protestants.
