My wife and I filling jointly received the stimulus notice and the check. Some of my relatives and friends also received the notice but did not get the check. However, on the IRS website it is showing that they receive the payment. If this happens to a lot of people, then there must be a flaw in the government system of check and balance. The government should have a way of finding whether that check was cash by the right people. Or is this a way for the government to save money to compensate for the big bailout ? If this is the case, then this is just another example of how the little working people are sacrificed for the benefit of those big corporations.
