Ok, so I have been dealing with this for a year now! I filed my 2007 taxes and because my employer turned in that I made 1200 not 12000 I got Audited, and now owe HSBC Bank 4700 for 2007 because the IRS never paid them!! I did receive the letter about my check but never received the check.Still a year later after contacting the IRS every week by phone,sending in gobs of paper work,and etc,not solved!!!Now I have filed 2008 taxes after not reciving 2007 refund nor stimulus check,and HSBC Bank takes it, and the IRS tells me 2007 is still not resolved!?!?! Are You Kidding Me!!So All of that to ask this... am I going to receive 2007 or 2008(if there is one)stimulus checks??? What do I do... I have been nice,watched what I have said, and been firm! BUT Still Nothing...Do I just let them take my money from me!?!?PLEASE HELP ME
