IRS Relief Rebate
Does the IRS need a home address to send a rebate check. I am basically homeless as I am now living from relative to relative. I do have a P.O. Box that I gave to the H & R Block person who filled out my taxes. The thing is I don't know if she put the P.O. Box # or the old address where I no longer live. Will the tax relief check be sent there? The letter I received was sent to my P.O Box but it had one of those little yellow stickers that the postoffice puts on when they are forwarding mail. I did change the address to my PO Box at the H & R place. How will all this effect my rebate? Will they know where to find me, I guess is what I am asking. Or, do I have to depend on the kindness of strangers at the postoffice?
