If we elect McCain, it will
If we elect McCain, it will just be more of the same. He has shown recently that he seeks to emulate the Bush policies step for step. I’m not sure if the republicans have realized the implications, what with their heads buried in the sand and all, but let me spell it out for you. The dollar is weak, the economy is terrible, and America is hated throughout the rest of the world. All of these things are directly related to our evil leader. Bush has become the most unpopular president in history (it was just a matter of time) and had done nothing but exploit his ties to the oil companies to make himself and his cronies rich off of the record high oil profits we have seen since this stupid war began. We cannot afford to elect another person who will so willingly shred the constitution to meet his or her own personal and, more specifically, financial needs. I guess I might take republicans a little more seriously if the so-called moral values party were even the slightest bit concerned with poverty and the environment. If you are truly Christian then you believe what Jesus said about loving thy neighbor. That doesn’t just mean your neighbor in the gaited community or on Lookout Mountain. It means everyone. If you truly had respect for your god and all of his creations, then you wouldn’t stand for the neglect displayed towards the poor, the homeless, the indigents. You wouldn’t continue to pump toxins into the air, abusing and ruining that which your loving god created. Republicans are the party of the self-interested and we need change!
