TORONTO (AP) - Toronto's A.J. Burnett pitched seven shutout

innings to outduel Atlanta's Jo-Jo Reyes and the Blue Jays beat the

Braves 1-0 today.

The Blue Jays got the only run of the game in the sixth inning.

Marco Scutaro hit a one-out single and scored when Alex Rios

followed with a double down the line in left. With Brian McCann

blocking the plate, Scutaro slid in just ahead of the relay throw

from Brent Lillibridge.

Greg Norton opened the Atlanta seventh with a double and went to

third one out later on a wild pitch, but Burnett ended his

afternoon by striking out Brandon Jones and Lillibridge.

Reyes allowed one run and six hits in seven innings.

The Braves are off on Monday, then return home to face

Philadelphia.
