Let's face reality here. The Tennessee government is just plain crazy. My fiancee is a Statutory Rape Offender. He was 23 and she was 15. They met in a club. (WHERE WAS THE MOTHER????) Who at 15 should be in a club??? Well automatically, the guy would assume the girl is at least 18, well guess what she wasn't when he did find out how she really was he broke it off, but it was too late her mother had found out and had him arrested. This was over 11 years ago. Well needless to say they have a child from that MISTAKE or LIE how ever you want to put it. This child is living thru plain HELL. His mother is a dope and crack head, she has no job, won't try to find a job, leaves this child home alone all the time. Lives off the state. Now you tell me what laws need to be changed here. I have been writing the TBI for over 3 months now trying to get him removed from the registry, well I just got a letter in today stating that as of July, 1,2008 the new law states that if you have been denied removal from the registry you have to wait 5 more years to try and get removed again. Well I began sending these letters back in June so how corrupt is that?????? They sit on these letters that we peopple send them to help get these violaters off, until it's too late to do anything about it.I'm sorry but I down right HATE Tennessee and I would give my life to get the hell out of here.
