If condo's or upscale apartments are erected there, even with the incredible price tag, it could easily make money. That being said, I think this economy suck for upscale apartments in Chattanooga, but I could be wrong. It has possibilities for making a good deal of money if it is played right. I sure do hope they get started with something soon though. It really is a horrible looking place.
