What the heck is a 15 year old doing with a handgun walking down 4th Avenue? Is the black community in Chattanooga fixing to implode? What is it, something like 7 or 8 young black men shot in the past month? Where is Jesse Jackson now? Or did he just come here to "shakedown" Volkswagen and move on? What can be done to try and stem the rising tide of violence committed by young black men in this city?
