Summit is a sess pool outside the city limits that is full of thieves and crack houses. The area has run down houses, home made junk yards, and really doesn't have much property value right now. The city of Chattanooga will probably wait til the fancy hotels and higher value buildings come in, THEN they will push the annexation of Summit. Without lifting a finger to clean it up. How convenient. It is a money-making scheme on Chattanooga's part... Not a way to REALLY help the citizens of the city... I hope Ooltewah, Collegedale, Apison, And McDonald annex with each other before Ramsey sinks his dirty claws into that lovely stretch of "Outside city limits...."
Why would you want to spread trhe disease of this nasty, drug infested city anyway? Ramsey and Littlefield are like rabid raccoons. They steal from who they can and spread disease and political bacteria wherever they go. Maybe if they done what the rest of the country has done, and tighten their OWN belts, they wouldn't have to take over communities like these to make ends meet. Heaven forbid they be seen in an older or mildly used car.... modest house...etc.
