Catoosa County entrepreneurs and small business owners get a leg up.
The University of Georgia Small Business Development Center is offering FREE consulting and management advice.
It's a new program they're offering every Wednesday at the Catoosa County Chamber of Commerce.
Counselors say in this economy, businesses can't stay stagnate.... It's either move up or move out.
Chamber President Martha Eaker says, "We're finding that a lot of people are starting their own businesses now. Perhaps, they've been laid off from their jobs and they can't find a job, feel like they have to do something proactive. So, a lot of small businesses are starting up."
