Normal-Palooza brought art and music fans to the streets of North Chattanooga Saturday. It's the sixth year for the annual family-friendly street festival at the Normal Park Upper School. Proceeds from the fundraiser all go exclusively to the Normal Park Museum Magnet School. All of the workers at today's event are volunteers, and parents of students at the school. Last year's Normal-Palooza was visited by 2,000 people and organizers say each year it gets bigger.
