
Judge Strikes Down Guns in Bars/Restaurants in Tennessee

Guns in Bars are once again in the headlines in Tennessee.
The legislature passed a bill this year to allow people with carry permits to bring weapons into restaurants and bars that make at least half their money from serving food.
However, the owners have the right to post "no guns allowed."
But that wasn't good enough for a judge in Nashville.
She ruled the law is too vague.
There is no word yet if the state plans to appeal the ruling.
