At the Shrine Circus
I saw a little boy last night, perhaps you did, as well, who stirred such feeling in me that I wish I had spoken to his mom.
This was a little guy, maybe around two, with thick, tussled hair, bright, big eyes, and a wide grin. Some would say he had a disability, as he wore leg braces and held a special walker-device. This little guy raced to explore each spot, with such energy and enthusiasm! I know he must have been a handful for his family! No, he didn't have a handicap, he had a gift! A gift of courage, energy, and love for life, that was strong enough to inspire others.
I wish I had thought to thank his folks for allowing me to view his gift, even from a distance, and pass along his gift of inspiration! Maybe you can do it, too!
