You've Lost so much...
You've lost so much, my dear brothers and sisters; how deeply sorry we are for you. It goes without saying that, even now, Jehovah has picked you up in his loving arms, and the preceding letters illustrate the fact of that so well. Our beautiful Truth family is so big, and we usually get the benefit of it only after a numbing tragedy like this one that has hurt so deeply the Walp family, as well as the families of our other precious brothers.
We know that your family and congregation must struggle, now, to carry on through the pain; and the scriptures do say we will have this pain, but that Jehovah will always give us the way through, when we are "crushed", when we are "pressed from all sides", and when we are "broken". But, only for "a little while" will it be that we are enduring these things, yes?
We are praying, then, brothers; we are praying that Jehovah is blessing your efforts to turn to him; that you are able to allow Jehovah to fill the space left by your loss with his great and powerful spirit; and to allow that comfort that only Christ's ransom sacrifice can bring to compel you forward towards the day when the paradise hope can make your hearts whole again.
The love Christ has compels us to say that, though we have never met and we do not know one another, we love you, we grieve for you, and we hope with you that Jehovah's promised day will come in it's time to undo all these sad events.
In all Christian Love and with deep sympathy,
The Heather Basaraba Family,
