Something to think about!
The bible tells us that if we see your brother/sister has gone astray, we should help restore such a one, so what's the problem here? No, I do not agree with what happened, but the devil will use whom ever let's him, he doesn't care who we are or what our status is! Once again the bible tells us that the devil would deceive the very elect if possible. None of us are set aside nor exempt from being used by the devil. We can say all day what we will and will not do, but unless we are put in such a situation we don't know what we will do. I don't know what happened or what led to the incident, but I do know that we should pray for the both of them and let God take care of the rest.
The bible does say "PRAYER CHANGES THINGS," so let's pray, for we are the body of Christ!
The greatest gift that God gave to us was LOVE....He told us to love ye one another.....that means, when you hurt, I hurt, when you go through, I go through. We are a family in the body of Christ; it doesn't matter whether I'm in the North, South, East, or West part of the world. I've heard the saying and I'm sure you have to, that blood is thicker than water, well if we are connected to the body of Christ, and his blood is flowing through us, then what can separate us....NOTHING, for God is the head and without the head, we all will parish.
One thing is for certain, and that is, God already knew that this day was coming, and he knew who would pray who would set up judgment, but remember this one thing...the bible tells us that we should "judge not because with the same measure that we judge someone, we will be judged." It also tells us to "touch not his anointed and do his prophets no harm" and when we put our mouth on God's anointed/prophets, he has already told us in his word, "vengeance is mine and I will PAY!"
So my brothers and sisters in Christ, always remember that the main artery that pumps the blood to the heart in spiritual term is GOD, and if that artery is ever broken, we are all doomed, so let's keep our brother and sister lifted up to God for he is the keeper of our hearts. I n my closing, I believe Donny McClurkin sings a song that says “We fall down, but we get up, for a saint is just a sinner who fell down, but got up!”
GOD BLESS ALL OF US AND HIS FAVOR IS UPON US ALL, MUCH LOVE!
