Investigators with the Chattanooga Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit arrested 23-year-old Ladarius Montrell Cross.
The arrest was in connection to the shooting of George Dillard that occurred at 4107 Fagan Street on July 4, 2012.
Cross has been charged with Attempted 1st Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault, and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.
