At 11:06am Thursday Chattanooga Police responded to a body found on the shoreline of the Tennessee River approximately one mile downriver from the Moccasin Bend Mental Health Facility.
The body was recovered and has been identified as Waylon Farless who had escaped the facility this past Tuesday.
