The escapee from Moccasin Bend Mental Health Facility has been identified as 36 year-old Waylon Ray Farless out of DeKalb County, TN.
Officers from numerous agencies are currently searching the Tennessee River and shoreline for him.
Farless has criminal charges out of DeKalb County and was recently taken to Moccasin Bend Mental Health Facility for mental health concerns.
He is a white male, 5’09” tall, 156 lbs, red hair, and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and shorts.
