This is a bunch of BS it does not matter what color the gun is IF a child can get ahold of it. That is a problem not with the gun but the owner of that gun. Children should not be able to get to a gun at all. They should be taught that real guns are not toys, not to be played with. For the police its not like the real gun is black with a orange tip on it.

why not ban all toy guns?Children should be taught not to play with guns by their parents.First you buy your child a toy gun then expect them to know the difference between a real gun and a toy.Its not guns that get children killed,its lack of parental guidence.

What a bunch of over blown BS. With all that is going on in this city how do these council members justify wasting time over this?
