Convergys Brings Nearly 500 New Jobs to Chattanooga

(Cincinnati & Chattanooga, TN; May 2, 2013) Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in customer management, is hosting an on-site career fair for its contact center in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to handle inbound customer service sales calls. We are offering full and part time positions. Potential employees must have exemplary customer service skills, computer literacy, and some sales experience,” said Wendy Matchett, site leader for the Convergys contact center in Chattanooga. “Working at Convergys as a customer service sales representative may serve as a great stepping stone to a career in operations, recruitment, or training.
