A little after 11:00am Monday Chattanooga Police responded to a Burglary-in-Progress at 200 North Willow Street.
They found two men stealing copper from the residence.
The suspects were identified as 46-year-old Cryus Brooks and 50-year-old Kevin Tramble.
Both men were arrested for Burglary, Theft, and Vandalism and were taken to Hamilton County Jail.
There have been several recent copper thefts in this area of the city and investigators are hoping to tie these all together.
