A judge is expected to rule Wednesday morning on the lawsuit against the Hamilton County Commission.
The complaint is being decided by the United States District Court.
A notice on the Court's website says a decision on the motion for a preliminary injunction is expected Wednesday morning at 9:00am.
Two Hamilton County men, Brandon Jones and Tommy Coleman, want to stop the Commission from allowing prayers before commission meetings.
They asked for an injunction until the legality of the allowed prayers has been decided.
