The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office is donating an electric wheelchair Monday.
The donation will be to Chapter 942 of the Vietnam Veteran Association. That will be in memory of Specialist Marvin Foster Phillips. His family recently found out he died in the line of duty more than 45 years ago. The local man will be buried Monday.
