"If the GBI and the FBI do their job and we certainly expect that they will they aren't going to find any evidence of that because it didn't happen," says Judge Bryant Cochran's Attorney, Page Pate.

Former Murray County Magistrate Judge Bryant Cochran is publicly denying all allegations against him.
Including the most recent-- 3 women employees from Magistrate Court are filing charges with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

"He has gotten to a point where he's so oppressive to them, he's created such a hostile work environment they've been afraid to come and after he resigned I think they felt a little bit empowered," says the women's attorney, Stuart James.

For the attorneys, McCracken Poston and Stuart James the charges come to no surprise.
Especially after Angela Garmley publicly said Cochran sexually propositioned her.
But, the attorney's can't reveal specifics as to what exactly happened behind the closed doors of the Magistrate Court.

"Hostile is not strong enough of a word for me to describe how these women feel the environment was under him," said James.
Poston says, "He asserted a, a type of authority over them and their personal effects."

Through his attorney, Cochran admits no wrongdoing when it comes to the sexual allegations.
He also denies any involvement on the planted drugs on Angela Garmley's car.

"We don't know if drugs were planted or by whom but the one thing we do know for certain is that judge Cochran had nothing to do with it," says Pate.

Garmley's drug charges have since been dropped, 2 Murray County deputies have also been fired..
The GBI and now the FBI continue their investigations.
