A potential online buyer got smart when trying to make a purchase.

The listing had a Yamaha scooter for sale at a low price. The potential buyer thought it was suspicious after the seller told him that it did not have a key or a registration title. 19 year old Darien Blake Clay of Fort Oglethorpe admitted to the Fort Oglethorpe Police that he had knowledge that the scooter had been stolen in Chattanooga. Clay was later arrested for theft by receiving stolen property from another state.

Keith Sewell, Fort Oglethorpe Detective Sergeant said, "Use caution when you use those websites, and if you do come across something suspicious like this concerned citizen. Call and let us know what is going on, and what the circumstances are, and let us check into it to make sure someone else doesn't end up in that kind of situation."

The owner of the scooter did receive his scooter back without damage.

Something everyone should know about Det. Sewell.I have clear video evidence of perjury by this Detective in an Attempted murder case and i will stop at nothing to bring this person to justice. He has ruined my life and torn my family apart with his lies about what a mentally diagnosed incompentent stroke victim told him. The evidence I have shows that when police first responded there were no crimes reported https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B4pb3_XOv_BtQ3VpOUtHM1V4TVE and later in a video interview this alleged victim told him she thought she reported everything at first....but on paper Det. Sewell reported she said something completly different...that she was scared...this alleged victim has a long history of mental illness and the 911 records https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B4pb3_XOv_BtRXZEcEtSSTVaZk0 show that she was considered a mental subject and needed help from the very start. This policeman refused to listen to the other workers taking care of the alleged victim,he put his blinders on and tried to send an innocent person to jail for the rest of his life. This person had to fire his public defender and fight the system alone. This person was me and if you would like to hear a Real Story about (possible) police coruption in Catoosa County then feel free to contact me....I have evidence to back up all of my claims! willcya001@yahoo.com The photos i have shared are public records from my discovery...i wish to make it clear that I do not wish to slander the FOPD or catoosa county, the statements made here are merly facts.
