A 21-year-old man is rushed to Erlanger hospital Tuesday afternoon with gunshot wounds.
He told police the shooting happened on Holly Street.
It's just a block from college student Chad Rush's home.
Rush said, "It is kind of a somewhat been a sketchy neighborhood I would say since I've lived here."
Police investigated the area it happened in.
The victim told officers he was walking down the street when three men approached him.
They started fighting, and someone pulled the trigger.
The victim's injuries were non life threatening.
The three suspects ran away after the shooting, and remain on the loose.
Rush says it's enough to make him reconsider where he lives.
"I definitely think that if I could find a better place to move, I definitely will. That's kind of the top off for everything," he said.
