I agree.And I think with all the money that the PD seizes could go towards that. They seize in the thousands...They K9 officers always say that their dog is their partner..And that "partner" needs the same as a "human"..Everybody knows that the dog is who they send in first..So, EVERY PD should take care of their K9..
