Just three weeks until the Chattanooga City Council votes on the rezoning of a hilltop area in Hixson. Plans are to develop the land into a 100 million dollar multi-use property called Chattanooga Village. Monday night, city leaders and developers heard dozens more questions and concerns from the community.

Why clear 190 acres of beautiful land just to build more businesses when there are already way too many closed businesses, empty parking lots and cleared empty land already!
