A national TV crew hit the Scenic City this week...
To do a little designing and educating about shelter animals.
McKamey Animal Center's getting a makeover thanks to Lifetime Television's "Designing Spaces."
It's part of a special three-episode series called, "Designing Spaces of Hope - Pet Spaces."
The crew came to town because of the dog that attacked the cop car two years ago.
Arash Farsi is the show's Producer/Director.  He said, "Winston's story caught our attention and we thought it was a very interesting story that we wanted to follow up on.  We researched the center a little bit and it didn't take us long to find out that this is really an exceptional place."
Karen Walsh with the McKamey Animal Center added, "We're blessed with this fabulous facility in Chattanooga, but we also have been...  To have this opportunity for national exposure that nobody gets."
The other two episodes focus more on the city.
They will air this spring on Lifetime.
