Late Monday afternoon Police identified the victims in the 28th Street shooting.
They are 47-year-old Jerry Jones and 33-year-old Karona Cunningham.
36-year-old Corey France, has been arrested and charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault and Felony Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.
