The two men accused in a fatal shooting after an argument at a nightclub appeared in court Wednesday.
Roderick "Pooh Pooh" Bates and Emmett "D-Baby" Jones are charged with first degree murder.
That's for in the shooting death of Reginald Clark.
Clark was gunned down at his home on Greenwood Drive this past October.
Today Defense Attorney Mary Ann Green requested more time in the case.
Bates and Jones will be back in court on August 8th for a status update.
