The Rossville City Council votes to get rid of an unpopular fee.
The Council voted three-two Monday night to get rid of the $6.50 administration fee.
It was charged to every residence with a water meter.
It will be replaced with a property tax increase.
Opponents of the water fee said apartment complexes with 10 units only have one meter.
But under the new property tax, all units will be charged.
