That's just how the so-called justice system works here in Hamilton County. If it were you or me, we would've been handcuffed off to jail and have to pay a huge bond. Why do some get a slap on the wrist and others get treated like hardened criminals? And it's usually 30-something stay at home moms who end up being treated like they're gang members or something. It's just ridiculous.

He was cited for following too close??!! Seriously??!! This was no "fender bender"!! The school bus was pushed & smashed into a tree!! How fast was he going for his SUV to push a school bus like that?? What about "failing to yield to a school bus" or "distracted driving"!! He wasn't supposed to have passengers in the car with him under the terms of his license, was obviously distracted & not paying attention to the road!! WOW, talk about just a slap on the hand!
