A three-month long missing person case finally has some closure tonight. Soddy Daisy Police think the human remains found off of Layne Road are that of missing father Casey Burgiss. A 19-year-old has been arrested and charged with criminal homicide. This comes just days after a family friend vows to hold candlelight vigils every Friday until Burgiss was found.
