(WDEF) Riverbend heads to Martin Luther King Boulevard Monday for the Bessie Smith Strut.
That means rock, funk and blues dominate today's festival.
And the crowds are out in full force for this year's event.
Part of the fun is the people watching....
Part of the fun is the food....
But the real draw is the music.
Some of the biggest acts in funk and blues take the stage Monday night.
Musician Andy Allo takes the stage at 7:00pm.
She's known for her appearances on shows the The Game and her musical performance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!.
Allo aslo sang and played guitar with Prince's band, The New Power Generation, in 2011.
