UTC's first home football game is next week.
And some students are upset there's no decision on prayers before the game.
Members of the Secular Student Alliance want to stop prayers over the P.A. system at football games.
The group thinks the prayers violate the law.
Members say the University has had plenty of time to make a decision.
The first home football game is next Thursday.
Bryan Barkley is the Co-Chair of the UTC Secular Student Alliance.
"Irresponsible for the University to show no action to a civil rights violation. Especially when they've had four months to do so. And now, we're several days away from a game and we still have no answer on this. And I believe the University community deserves an answer, more promptly than what the time they've taken."
UTC officials say they don't know how long it will be before they decide on whether to stop the public prayer.

THE ONLY ONES WHO ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT PRAYER IS THE STUDENTS AND CITIZENS WHO HAVE COME HERE FROM OUT OF TOWN!!!! THEY ARE NOT TRUE CHATTANOOGANS!!! THEY COME HERE TO GET THE BEST FROM CHATTANOOGA AND USE OUR WEALTH OF CHEAP EFFICIENT RESOURCES AND ALWAYS TRY TO COMPARE AND COMPLAIN BECAUSE DEEP IN THEIR HEARTS THEY KNOW CHATTANOOGA IS A GOD WORSHIPPING, WEALTHY, AND HIGHLY INTELLIGENT CITY AND THAT THE CITY THEY CAME FROM ABSOLUTLY JUST SUCKS.
