New numbers out Thursday show Hamilton County's unemployment rate fell in November.
The seasonally-adjusted rate shows Hamilton County's unemployment rate in November was 6.4%. That's down from 7.3%.
State numbers are seasonally-adjusted to eliminate the influences of weather, holidays, the opening and closing of schools, and other recurring seasonal events from economic time series.
Unemployment was down in 91 counties across Tennessee.
