A 21-year-old man is dead tonight after a wreck at 300 Interstate 75.
It happened around one Sunday morning. Chattanooga Police say 22-year-old Jacob Flowers was driving northbound. He lost control of his vehicle and hit the guard rail on the passenger side. His passenger Jovanny Rodriguez died at the scene.
