An 18 year old from Rossville is dead after drowning in Chickamauga Creek.
Authorities say Damond Beck went swimming Saturday night with two other people. Beck mysteriously went under while his friends weren't looking and never came back up. Investigators do not know what caused Beck to drown, since the water was shallow, and the current wasn't swift.
