Strangled and then thrown in a ditch off Mountain Creek Road. That is what Chattanooga Police say happened to a young woman more than 18 years ago. Lisa Manis, 24, hitched a ride with a trucker in 1993. At that time, tthey went from Phoenix, all the way to Chattanooga. Her mission, we are told, was to find her estranged father.
