A mother accused in the deaths of her two young children has been formally charged with murder.
Natasha Moses Bates was arraigned in Bradley County Criminal Court this morning.
Along with two counts of felony murder, she's charged with child endangerment, neglect and some drug charges.
River and Leland Bates died in June.
Their mother first reported it as a drowning.
But an autopsy revealed they died of hyperthermia...that means their body temperatures rose too high.
Authorities say they had been in a hot car.
